The above Question is a little tricky. The common mistake here students do is they deduct 1.9cm from 2.0 cm and choose C as the answer. Well you are partially correct. The question is requesting for the thickness of the boiling tube. 0.1 cm represent twice the thickness. Thus you would need to divide this figure with 2 and the answer is D, 0.05cm.
